Lesser-Known Viewing Spots

Because the Owada Park venue has relatively unobstructed views, there are several lesser-known viewing spots around the venue. These are recommended for visitors who want to avoid the crowds and enjoy the fireworks at a more relaxed pace.

  • Omiya Second and Third Parks A large park located south of Owada Park. Although it is some distance from the venue, there are few obstacles blocking the view, allowing visitors to watch the fireworks in relative comfort. The open spaces within the park are particularly good spots.
  • Shimin no Mori (Minuma Green Center) Shimin no Mori, which stretches north of Owada Park, is also a suitable spot for viewing the fireworks. The area around Minuma Green Center is open, offering good views of the display.
  • Aeon Mall Yono rooftop parking lot Although it is somewhat far from the venue, the rooftop parking lot at Aeon Mall Yono is also known as a lesser-known viewing spot. From its elevated position, visitors can look down toward the fireworks and may be able to enjoy them comfortably while avoiding the crowds.
  • Near the western bank along the Minuma Irrigation Canal The area along the Minuma Irrigation Canal around the venue also has relatively unobstructed views, making it possible to see the fireworks clearly.
  • Quieter areas within Owada Park Even within the park, quieter areas or corners a little farther from the main venue may serve as good lesser-known spots for those who want to avoid the crowds.

These spots may become increasingly popular, so arriving early to secure a place is recommended.
