Cancellation
Two separate parts: the COURSE follows its own club rule, and OlaChill's own SERVICES (transfer, assistant) follow the table below. The final terms for your booking are shown BEFORE you pay.

Each course has its own cancellation rule — the figures live on each course page; there is no single policy covering every course.

If OlaChill has already paid the club, or committed a vehicle and driver cost, that cannot be recovered, that charge takes precedence — we name it and its amount instead of deducting one lump sum.
