The times below are counted back from a 08:30 tee — the club sets the tee, the pickup follows it. Tee times move with the season, so the pickup moves too.

Pickup
Pickup at Shinjuku / Higashi-Ome, about 70 minutes to the first tee. Staying elsewhere in the same city? Say so when you book — the car swings by at no extra charge.

Optional upgrades

One assistant covers up to 4 golfers — it is not multiplied per head; a group of four still pays ¥30,000.
Check-in at the club, talking to course staff, rental clubs, cart procedures, finding your way around the course, spotting balls, ordering lunch, pace-of-play messages, and travel coordination.
⚑ At this course our assistant does NOT go out on the course: check-in, interpreting, pre-round, lunch, post-round and travel only.
This is NOT the club's caddie. A caddie belongs to the course and carries the course's own fee.
Cancellation
Two separate parts: the COURSE follows its own club rule, and OlaChill's own SERVICES (transfer, assistant) follow the table below. The final terms for your booking are shown BEFORE you pay.
⛳ The club's own rule
Cancel 8 or more days out and the club charges nothing. From 7 days before play: ¥6,600 for the whole group on weekdays — our product is weekday; weekends and holidays run ¥13,200 for the group.
🚐 OlaChill transfer and assistant
If OlaChill has already paid the club, or committed a vehicle and driver cost, that cannot be recovered, that charge takes precedence — we name it and its amount instead of deducting one lump sum.
