1. Scope
These Terms apply to use of olachill.com and booking services provided by OlaChill. By completing a booking, you confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms together with the product-specific conditions shown before purchase.
2. Services and product information
OlaChill provides and arranges Japan travel services including tours, experiences, tickets, transportation, kimono rental and related services. Product descriptions, prices, schedules, usage conditions and cancellation terms are shown on the relevant product page or booking confirmation.
3. Bookings and payments
Prices are stated in Japanese yen (JPY) unless expressly stated otherwise. Online payments are processed securely through Stripe; methods available at checkout may include credit/debit cards, Apple Pay, PayPay or Konbini depending on eligibility and availability. Selected services may also permit payment on site where this is clearly disclosed before confirmation.
4. Booking confirmation
A booking is confirmed only when OlaChill issues a confirmation or the booking status is shown as confirmed. For delayed payment methods, completing the checkout flow does not itself mean that funds have been received; further processing occurs only after payment is confirmed in accordance with the product terms.
5. Cancellations, changes and refunds
Cancellation, amendment and refund conditions vary by product and are displayed before payment. Product-specific terms take priority. Products clearly identified as non-refundable are not refundable for customer-initiated cancellations unless applicable law or the product terms require otherwise. 6. Customer responsibilities
Customers must provide accurate information, verify the date, time and meeting point, prepare required documents, follow safety instructions and arrive on time. Costs or losses caused by inaccurate information, late arrival or failure to meet usage conditions may be borne by the customer.
7. Changes or interruptions
Schedules, vehicles, attractions or service details may be adjusted when reasonably necessary for safety, traffic, weather, regulatory requirements or events outside reasonable control. Where a material change affects the customer's booking, OlaChill will handle the matter under the applicable product terms and law.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, OlaChill is not liable for indirect losses, loss of opportunity, delays caused by events outside reasonable control, or acts of third parties that OlaChill cannot reasonably control. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded under Japanese law.
9. Intellectual property
Content, design, data and intellectual property on olachill.com belong to OlaChill, MIA株式会社 or the relevant licensors. Unauthorized copying, commercial exploitation or distribution is prohibited.
10. Governing law and contact
The services are operated by MIA Co., Ltd. (MIA株式会社) in Japan and are governed by Japanese law. The Osaka District Court has jurisdiction as the court of first instance unless mandatory law provides otherwise. Contact: support@olachill.com or booking@olachill.com.
