- The amount displayed on the relevant product page and final checkout screen, inclusive of applicable consumption tax. Sales are denominated in Japanese yen (JPY).
- Additional costs
- Any cost expressly stated on the product page, transport to the meeting point, and foreign-exchange or overseas-transaction fees charged by the customer's card issuer or financial institution are borne by the customer. If OlaChill charges any separate payment fee, it will be disclosed before the order is confirmed.
- Payment methods
- Online payment is processed securely by Stripe. Available methods are shown at checkout and may include credit/debit cards (such as Visa, Mastercard and JCB), Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPay, Konbini, Alipay and WeChat Pay, depending on eligibility, device and availability. Selected services may also offer payment on site where expressly stated on the product page.
- Payment timing
- Online payments are generally due when the order is confirmed. Delayed methods such as Konbini must be paid by the deadline shown at checkout. For products that expressly allow payment on site, payment is due at the time stated on the product page.
- Service delivery
- Services are provided on the date and time stated on the product page and booking confirmation. Digital tickets, QR codes or similar digital products are supplied by email or through the booking flow after payment is confirmed.
- Cancellations, changes and refunds
- Cancellation, amendment and refund terms vary by product and are displayed before the order is confirmed, including on the product page and final checkout screen. Products that are non-refundable are clearly identified. If a service is cancelled by OlaChill or the operating provider because of operational reasons, severe weather or other unavoidable circumstances, the applicable product terms will govern whether a full refund or an alternative date is offered. Approved refunds are normally returned to the original payment method and processed by us within approximately 5–10 business days; the final posting time depends on the card issuer or financial institution. - These services are governed by the laws of Japan. The Osaka District Court shall have exclusive jurisdiction as the court of first instance for any dispute.
