About this experience
Foreign golfers in Japan usually get stuck at four points: tee-times are booked in Japanese, many courses want a member's introduction, there's no car for the bags, and nowhere obvious to rent clubs. OlaChill already holds the tee time — you just get in the car. A private luxury car (Alphard or V-Class, room to spare for the bags) collects you from your hotel at dawn, clubs are matched to your height and handedness, and our own staff handles the whole check-in.

🕒 Cancellation policy
Free cancellation up to 72 hours before the start time. Later cancellations and no-shows are charged in full. If the course closes or the round is cancelled because of severe weather, we normally offer a full refund of the cancelled service or a new date.
✅ How confirmation works
Booking is NOT instantly confirmed. After you send it we check availability for that exact date and time, then reply — usually within 24 hours. If you chose to pay on the day, nothing is charged before confirmation; if you paid online and we cannot confirm, you are refunded in full.
