This section does not sell click-and-done tickets. You send your dates and party size; our booking desk calls the clubs, the hotels and the drivers, then comes back with a quote that itemises every line. We reply within 2 to 4 working hours.

The booking desk asks the clubs whether the tee time is free, asks the hotels, and assigns a car and driver.

We send back a quote that itemises every line: the car, the green fee, the caddie, the tolls, the parking. Nothing is rolled into one lump sum.

If you agree, we hold the slots and send a payment link. Nothing is charged before that point.
Who is accountable
OlaChill
The golf section sits under OlaChill and the business owner stands behind it directly. The cars and the drivers are ours, not hired per trip — so when something goes wrong on the day there is one number to call, instead of a chain of three suppliers pointing at each other.
Twelve languages, answered by people
The whole golf section exists in twelve languages, and the reply comes back in the language you wrote in. This is where most travel companies in Japan stop at Japanese and English.
