Access

Public transportation is highly recommended to reach Kawaguchi City Arakawa Athletic Park (川口市荒川運動公園), the venue for the Kawaguchi Fireworks Festival. Please note that there is no parking available around the venue.

• How to Purchase Tickets

  • Tickets can be purchased via CN Playguide (CNプレイガイド) through their website, at FamilyMart (ファミリーマート) convenience store multi-copy machines, or by phone.
  • Up to 20 tickets can be purchased per application.
  • Children under 3 years old can watch for free on an adult's lap, with a limit of one child per adult.

A gourmet area, primarily featuring restaurants from Kawaguchi City (川口市), is also planned to be set up for paid seating ticket holders.

Hidden Gem Spots

For those who wish to enjoy the fireworks from outside the paid seating areas, we introduce several hidden gem spots. However, these locations are also expected to be crowded, so we recommend arriving early to secure your viewing spot.

• Official Free Area (Along the Embankment West of the Venue) A free viewing area will be set up along the embankment west of the venue, specifically west of the Ukima Golf Gate (浮間ゴルフゲート). Its appeal lies in its proximity to the launch site, allowing you to enjoy the powerful fireworks up close. While securing a spot is possible from 12:00 PM on the day, entry restrictions may be imposed for safety, and it becomes extremely crowded after 5:00 PM, so early arrival is essential.

• Shin-Arakawa Ohashi Soccer Field (新荒川大橋サッカー場) The Shin-Arakawa Ohashi Soccer Field (新荒川大橋サッカー場), located on the opposite bank of the Arakawa Athletic Park (荒川運動公園), is another spot where you can view the fireworks. It is especially recommended to view from the Akabane (赤羽) side rather than the Kawaguchi (川口) side. This wide area offers the possibility of enjoying the fireworks relatively leisurely.

• Kita City Akabane Ryokuchi Park (北区立赤羽緑地) This is a vast green space located approximately a 10-minute walk from JR Akabane-Iwabuchi Station (赤羽岩淵駅) or Kita-Akabane Station (北赤羽駅). • Arakawa Riverbed (荒川河川敷) (Near Kita-Akabane Station) The Arakawa Riverbed (荒川河川敷) about a 5-minute walk from Kita-Akabane Station (北赤羽駅) is also a good spot to enjoy the fireworks. This is recommended for those who find it difficult to go all the way to Akabane Ryokuchi Park. Although it's a bit further, you can still fully enjoy the fireworks.
