Established B2B partners may have separately agreed terms. Cancellation is generous too: a 100% refund when you cancel early, tapering to 50% and then 0% only as the pickup date gets close. The 10% deposit applies to 29, 45 and 60-seat buses; Toyota Alphard bookings follow the private-car payment shown when you book.
