If you would like to reach the 6th floor before 10:00, it is recommended that you use the outdoor staircase at Shibuya PARCO, which opens from 9:30. Visitors with strollers or wheelchairs can also use the elevator on the Koen-dori side or the WEST elevator (next to LE LABO), but please note that these elevators do not stop at the 6th floor until 10:00.

To help ease congestion and prevent accidents, Pokémon Center Shibuya may distribute “timed-entry tickets.” For example, on 2026年7月11日（土）, ticket distribution began at 9:00 at Spain-zaka Square on the 1st floor of Shibuya PARCO, and tickets were distributed at the Pokémon Center Shibuya store from 10:00 onward.
Only one ticket is issued per person, and it is valid only on the date and during the time slot shown. Lost tickets become invalid and cannot be reissued. Since the time slot cannot be selected or changed, be sure to follow the instructions on your ticket when entering the store.
For new-product launches, advance lottery sales may also be held using LINE mini-apps such as “Matoca.” If you want to secure a product or avoid the crowds, we recommend checking the “News” section of the official Pokémon Center website regularly.
The Pokémon Design Lab, where you can create your own original T-shirt in the store, is also very popular. During busy periods, an experience ticket may be required, and advance reservations or a lottery may be necessary.
