How to board

1. Book the plan for the lobby you will actually leave from, The Tower or RISONARE Tomamu, because the bus only calls at stops where someone has a reservation.
2. Check where the pick-up point in your hotel's ground-floor lobby is before the day of travel.
3. Be in the lobby at least 10 minutes before departure; the bus does not wait for late passengers, and anyone who misses it is treated as a no-show without notice.
4. If you are flying, choose a flight that departs at least 60 minutes (domestic) or 120 minutes (international) after the bus is due at New Chitose Airport; the route card shows the timetable.

Good to know

• Each ticket is one way and valid only on the travel date you book.
• Adult fares apply from age 12 and child fares from 3 to 11; children aged 2 and under ride free but do not get their own seat.
• You can book up to 10 passengers at a time, and bookings close at 11 pm Japan time nine days before the travel date.
• Depending on how many passengers have booked, the service runs as a bus or as a taxi.
• The service runs daily during its season; the booking calendar shows which dates are open.
• Seats are unassigned, but staff may allocate them when the bus is full; keep your seat belt fastened.
• The bus is non-smoking, and passengers are asked to keep off phone calls during the ride.
• Weather or road conditions can delay or cancel the service. If reaching the airport in time looks unlikely, you may be dropped at the nearest train station or pointed to other transport at your own cost, and the operator is not responsible for a missed flight caused by circumstances beyond its control.

Cancellation & changes

• Cancel free of charge until 8 days before your travel date.
• From 7 to 2 days before travel the fee is 30% of the booking, and on the day before it is 40%.
• Cancelling on the travel date costs 100% of the booking.
• The fee depends on when your request is received, counted on the operator's business days and during its business hours.
