Akihabara in Tokyo has its own highway bus to the Fuji Five Lakes area, and this ticket covers that line. At the Fuji end there are only two stops, Fuji-Q Highland and Kawaguchiko Station, so the four options are simply the ride out of Akihabara to one of them or the ride back from one of them. Each option is booked on its own for one date and one bus, and sales for any given day close the evening before.

Book the one nearer to where you will spend your time. The Fuji-Q Highland stop is at Fuji-Q Highland Station, while the Kawaguchiko stop is bus stop No. 2 in front of Kawaguchiko Station. They are sold as different options, so decide before you pay.
