Change conditions follow each bus operator's policy (shown on your ticket). Send OlaChill your booking ID — we arrange it with the operator.

Or contact OlaChill via Zalo / LINE / email — we handle it in 15 min during business hours.

Change date / time: cancel the old ticket + book a new one (cancel fee applies).
Change passenger name: contact OlaChill — not available via My Page.
Change seat class: cancel + rebook at the new class.

Refund timing: 5–10 business days after cancellation.
Method: back to the original card / wallet.
Note: international wire fees (if any) are charged by the bank — OlaChill does not retain them.
