How to board

1. When you book, pick where you get on: Hakata Bus Terminal, 3rd floor (3F), 2-1 Hakataeki Chuo-gai, Hakata-ku, or the Fukuoka Airport Bus Terminal at the International Terminal, 739 Aoki, Hakata-ku.
2. Once booked, open your ticket screen using the instructions in your confirmation e-mail.
3. Keep the ticket on your smartphone or bring a printout; nothing has to be exchanged at a counter.
4. Be at the stop before your bus's departure time and look for the Kyushu-go signed for Nagasaki Station; it stops at Ureshino Onsen on the way.
5. Show the ticket to the driver as you get on, and again as you get off at Ureshino Bus Center.

Good to know

• This is a one-way ticket from Fukuoka to Ureshino Onsen. Boarding at Hakata and boarding at Fukuoka Airport are separate options.
• It is valid only for the date and bus you booked. You cannot switch to another departure; to change, cancel and make a new booking.
• If you miss your bus, you cannot take a later one, and the fare is not refunded.
• Each bus stops taking bookings 10 minutes before it leaves its first stop, and once it is full no more bookings are possible.
• Your booking is confirmed by e-mail. An e-mail address and a phone number are needed to book; for any question, contact OlaChill.
• You can book up to 10 tickets, adult or child, in one booking.

Cancellation & changes

• Cancellation is possible up to 1 hour before the bus's scheduled departure from its first stop, with a fee of ¥110 per ticket.
• After that, or if you miss the bus or do not turn up, the ticket cannot be cancelled and 100% of the fare is charged.
• To cancel or change, contact OlaChill; bus terminal counters cannot change or cancel it.
