How to board

After booking, open your ticket screen by following the instructions in your confirmation e-mail.
Keep the ticket on your smartphone or bring a printout; there is no counter to visit first.
Be at Ureshino Bus Center (2202-55 Shimojuku-Otsu, Ureshino-cho, Ureshino City), in the centre of the onsen town, before the departure time of the bus you booked.
Show the ticket to the driver as you board, then again when you get off at Nagasakieki-mae (Nagasaki Station).

Good to know

One way only: from Ureshino Bus Center to Nagasakieki-mae (Nagasaki Station). The ticket covers the bus fare for that ride.
It is valid only for the date and bus you booked. Switching to another departure is not possible; cancel and book again instead.
If you miss your bus, you cannot take a later one, and the fare is not refunded.
Booking for each bus closes 10 minutes before it leaves its first stop, or as soon as it is full.

Cancel up to 1 hour before the bus's scheduled departure from its first stop and you pay a fee of ¥110 per ticket.
