What happens if the weather is bad?

The weather decides the flight, and the decision reaches your inbox at a fixed hour: departures between 09:00 and 12:00 are settled by 18:00 the evening before; from 12:30 by 10:00 on the day; from 16:30 by 15:00 on the day.
