About your driver
Your driver holds a commercial (class-2) passenger licence and runs airport routes daily, so knows each terminal's exits, waiting bays and rush-hour timing. The evening before your trip we send the driver's name and mobile number by email and LINE so you can reach them directly.
What to know
- ·Capacity: the 7-seat Alphard takes up to 6 guests. Larger groups take two cars.
- ·Flight: give us the flight number so the driver follows your real landing time.
- ·The price covers fuel, expressway tolls and waiting time. Parking outside the agreed route is not included.
- ·Private: the car carries only your group — never shared with strangers.

Cancellation policy
Free cancellation up to 24 hours before pickup: full refund.
Within 24 hours of pickup or no-show: no refund. Pickup time changes are free up to 24 hours ahead.
