›How far in advance should I book?
Book 3–7 days ahead for weekends and peak seasons (sakura in Mar–Apr, autumn foliage in Nov). Weekdays are often available same-day. For Premium / Antique Silk plans during peak season, book 1–2 weeks ahead.
›Is there a cancellation fee?
Cancel 2+ days ahead: free. 1 day ahead: 50% fee. Same-day: 100% fee. Date changes (not cancellations) are free if requested 24h in advance.
›Can I book for a large group?
Yes! Groups of 6+ should contact us via Zalo/LINE for a private booking. We reserve all-day slots so staff can dress the whole group without waiting.
›When do I pay?
Two options: (1) PayPal online at booking — 10% off. (2) Pay at the store (JPY cash or Visa/Master/JCB) — full price.
›Do you have plus sizes?
Yes — Wargo stocks S to 4L (heights 145–185cm). Note your top size and height when booking so we can prepare. The Tokyo Plus Size plan (¥3,850) is dedicated to larger frames.
›How long does dressing take?
About 30 minutes: pattern selection (5 min) + dressing & tying the obi (15 min) + hair set (10 min). Arrive 5 minutes early to stay on schedule.
