eSIM包含日本电话号码吗？
不包含。这是纯数据套餐。您仍可通过LINE、WhatsApp、Messenger、FaceTime通话和发消息——只是没有日本号码，无法用于餐厅订位或需要本地号码的服务。
我原来的SIM卡会失效吗？
不会。eSIM与现有SIM卡并行使用。原号码仍能收到银行短信和OTP验证码——在国外支付验证时很重要。
购买后多久收到二维码？
付款成功后二维码立即发送到您的邮箱。没收到请先检查垃圾邮件，再联系我们。
什么时候安装最好？
在家、还有Wi-Fi时安装。扫码需要联网——落地日本还没装的话，就没有网络下载配置文件了。提前安装不消耗流量；套餐从手机接入日本网络那一刻才开始计算。
流量用完了怎么办？
不会断网，只是降速——地图和聊天仍然可用。想恢复速度就再买一个套餐。
可以开热点共享吗？
可以，不加收费用——笔记本、平板或同行的人都能连。注意开热点耗电和耗流量都快得多。
月付套餐有什么不同？
旅行套餐适合90天以内的行程，到期自动停止，无开通费。月付套餐面向在日居住者，每月自动续费，首月收取一次性开通费¥5,500（含税）。
办月付套餐需要担保人吗？
不需要担保人，办手续也不需要会日语。这是外国人在日本办运营商合约最大的门槛，我们把它去掉了。
如何取消和退款？
尚未安装二维码可以取消退款。一旦安装就无法退款——配置文件已发放到您的设备且无法收回。所以请务必在购买前确认设备兼容性。
