How to board

1. Open the link in the voucher we e-mail you and follow the guide; the voucher on its own is not a boarding ticket.
2. Choose your destination and departure to reserve a boarding time, ideally at least one day before you travel. You can move to a different time until 5 minutes before the bus leaves.
3. Keep the QR ticket that appears on your phone ready, or save it as a screenshot.
4. Wait at the stop shown on your route card: your hotel, station or bus terminal when heading to Narita, or your terminal's bus platform when leaving Narita.
5. Show the QR ticket to the staff at the stop or to the driver as you board.

🧳 Luggage

Large suitcases are loaded into the bus's luggage hold and come off with you at your stop.

Good to know

• Open-date ticket: valid for three months from the purchase date, for one trip in either direction.
• Child fare: ages 6 to 11 attending elementary school, plus 12-year-olds still at elementary school. Preschoolers under 6 ride free if they do not take a seat, and pay the child fare if they do.
• Up to 9 passengers per booking.
• Tickets bought together are activated together and cannot be used separately. If your group will travel at different times, book separately.
• Tickets are personal and non-transferable; reselling one makes it invalid.
• If your route uses reserved seats, your QR ticket shows your seat number; a blank seat field means you can take any free seat.
• On the Narita → Shinjuku route, late-evening departures use different platforms and serve fewer stops. The route card lists those platforms and stops separately, with the departure times they apply to.
• The ride has no transfers, and every bus has free Wi-Fi.

Cancellation & changes

• Free cancellation (0% fee): changes and cancellations are accepted until 5 minutes before your bus leaves. From then on, the booking can no longer be changed or cancelled.
• On the day of travel, the Airport Limousine counter cannot change, cancel or refund your booking, so contact OlaChill for any of these.
