Venue and Map
The Marine Fireworks Display takes place at Uozu Port in Uozu, Toyama Prefecture. The fireworks are launched from a barge positioned offshore on the Kurobe side of the port. With few buildings blocking the view, visitors can enjoy the powerful fireworks up close from the spacious, open shoreline.
Access
By train
The venue is approximately a 15-minute walk from Uozu Station on the Ainokaze Toyama Railway. Free shuttle buses are also scheduled to run from Uozu Station, taking approximately 10 minutes to reach the area near the venue, followed by a walk of approximately 5 minutes. Dentetsu-Uozu Station on the Toyama Chihō Railway is also approximately a 15-minute walk away.
By car
From the Uozu IC on the Hokuriku Expressway, take Prefectural Route 52 toward Uozu Port. The drive takes approximately 10 minutes (approximately 3 km).
Traffic restrictions are scheduled to be in place around the venue on the day of the event. In previous years, restrictions have been imposed from 16:30 to 24:00 or from 18:40 to around 21:30, so allow plenty of time for your journey.
Parking
Approximately 300~400 free parking spaces are scheduled to be available. Main parking options include Ariso Dome Parking, Uozu City Hall, Uozu Municipal Seibu Junior High School, the Purification Center, and the Toyama Prefectural Government General Office. As heavy traffic is expected, arriving early is recommended.
Be aware of the last train home
The fireworks are scheduled to finish at around 20:20, but congestion leaving the venue and reaching the station can take time. We recommend checking the last train times for public transportation in advance.
Paid Seating and Tickets
Details of paid viewing areas for the 2026 Marine Fireworks Display have not yet been officially announced. For reference, in 2025, 30 paid viewing seats were offered on a limited basis for 3,000 yen (tax included). Reservations were required in advance, and no same-day sales were planned.
