Two ways: pay online when you book, or pay at the store counter on the day in Japanese yen cash or by card. You choose at the last step of the booking form; the amount for each is shown before you confirm. Paying online takes 10% off the kimono plan price; add-on options are charged at their listed price.
Yes — OlaChill stocks S to 4L (heights 145–185cm). Note your top size and height when booking so we can prepare.
About 30 minutes: pattern selection (5 min) + dressing & tying the obi (15 min) + hair set (10 min). Arrive 5 minutes early to stay on schedule.
Not at all — OlaChill staff dress you completely, from the underlayer to the obi. Just stand relaxed.
Normal underwear plus a wireless top (a tank top works well). OlaChill provides the juban (kimono underlayer). Nothing special needed — just wear something easy to change out of.
