Ten days where the theme parks ARE the itinerary — with just enough temples and deer in between. Two full Disney days (Land and DisneySea), a no-queue day of teamLab, Odaiba's giant Gundam and Tokyo Tower, then coasters under Mt Fuji at Fuji-Q Highland and a night in an onsen ryokan. Kyoto slows the pace with monkeys, bamboo and Fushimi Inari at kids' speed, Nara's bowing deer earn their own day, and the finale is Universal Studios Japan with Super Nintendo World and the Wizarding World. Tickets and Express Passes pre-booked; private driver throughout.

Your driver meets you at Narita or Haneda and takes the family straight to the hotel — no train maps with tired kids. If energy allows, an easy evening walk and the trip's first conveyor-belt sushi.
A full day in the Magic Kingdom: Cinderella Castle, the parades, and a park layout gentle enough for small kids. We pre-book tickets and plan the Priority Pass order so the family rides more and queues less.
The park that exists nowhere else on earth: the volcano of Mysterious Island, harbour shows, and Fantasy Springs' new lands. Older kids love the bigger coasters; the evening harbour show closes the day.
A no-queue recovery day: wade through the digital art worlds of teamLab, cross to Odaiba for the giant Unicorn Gundam statue and bay-front arcades, and ride up Tokyo Tower as the lights come on.
Drive out to the Fuji Five Lakes for Fuji-Q Highland: record-breaking coasters for the brave, Thomas Land for the small ones, and Mt Fuji filling the sky behind every ride. Tonight the family sleeps at an onsen ryokan by Lake Kawaguchi.
A slow lakeside morning — Mt Fuji over the water from Oishi Park — then the bullet train to Kyoto. Evening stroll through Gion's lantern-lit lanes; with luck, a geiko hurries past.
Kyoto at a child's pace: feed the monkeys of Arashiyama's hilltop park, walk the bamboo grove, and climb as much of Fushimi Inari's vermilion gate tunnel as small legs allow — every metre is a photo.
The deer of Nara Park bow for crackers, and the Great Buddha waits in Todai-ji's huge wooden hall — a day kids talk about for years. By evening, check in under Osaka's neon and eat takoyaki in Dotonbori.
USJ with Express Passes planned in advance: punch blocks with Mario in Super Nintendo World, drink butterbeer under Hogwarts, and let the day run until the night parade.
One last morning, chosen by the kids: the whale shark of Kaiyukan aquarium, or Osaka Castle's moats and turrets. Then a private transfer to Kansai International Airport. Safe travels home.
