Meeting point: the Japanese flag by the North Exit. Please arrive 10 minutes early — the coach does not wait for latecomers.
08:30Great Buddha of Kamakura (Kotoku-in)· 20 min
Admission included. A short stop — about 20 minutes at the Buddha, enough to see it and take photos, not enough to walk the wider temple grounds.
10:35Lake Ashi cruise — Moto-Hakone Port· 15 min
Cruise ticket included. A short crossing of about 10 minutes, with the lakeside torii gate in view.
12:45Oshino Hakkai — lunch break· 85 min
Free time for lunch. Lunch is NOT included — there are food stalls and small restaurants around the ponds.
14:45Oishi Park — Lake Kawaguchi flower promenade· 45 min
The classic Mt. Fuji view across Lake Kawaguchi. Whether the mountain is visible depends entirely on the weather.
