Kitano Ijinkan-gai
Numerous Western structures rose throughout Kobe during the Meiji and Taisho periods, with the finest surviving examples clustered in Kitano, Chuo Ward. This historic quarter, spanning Yamamoto-dori 1-chome through 3-chome, preserves buildings that once housed overseas merchants and diplomatic missions. Arima Onsen
