Shops open late here, so the day starts at 10. Radio Kaikan's ten floors of figures, Animate and Mandarake for new and out-of-print manga, and a lunch stop in a themed café if seats are available.

Retro game floors stacked with cartridges from every console era, gachapon halls, and the arcades where locals actually play. The car waits nearby so the haul never rides the train. Evening free on Chuo-dori under the neon. Overnight: Tokyo.

Morning at the Ghibli Museum in Mitaka, a 40-minute drive west. Ghibli Museum tickets are subject to availability and advance reservation; OlaChill assists with the reservation but cannot guarantee admission until tickets are confirmed. Inokashira Park next door for a walk afterwards.
