Overview

Inatori Ginsuiso stands on the Inatori coast of East Izu, and every guest room looks over Sagami Bay. The building mixes several room grades: an Executive Floor and Luxury Suites with their own open-air baths, twin comfort rooms, and Japanese rooms sleeping up to nine. The inn draws weakly alkaline chloride water from its own source for large indoor and ocean-view open-air baths plus a sauna. Dinner is kaiseki built around local kinmedai (splendid alfonsino) simmered in a long-kept broth, served in the Gin no Umi dining room, in some suites, or in banquet rooms. Breakfast is a live-kitchen buffet.
