Odori Park and the TV Tower lit up, the Clock Tower, then miso ramen in Susukino's Ramen Alley. Overnight: Sapporo.
Day 2

An hour west. The canal warehouses, Sakaimachi's glass and music-box shops, the Music Box Museum, sushi lunch.

Ninety minutes to Hirafu; rental fitting, lift passes, first onsen. Overnight: Niseko (4 nights).

A full day on Grand Hirafu's groomers and trees, onsen after the last lift. Overnight: Niseko.

First lifts on Hanazono for the freshest snow, back over to Hirafu for lunch.

The car loops the Yotei viewpoints at golden hour; a different onsen for the evening. Overnight: Niseko.
Day 5

The all-mountain pass across the quieter western slopes; the car drops you at Annupuri and collects you at Niseko Village. Onsen and a farewell dinner. Overnight: Niseko.

Ninety minutes south-east to the caldera lake; the Usuzan ropeway when the weather allows, lunch by the shore.

Hot spring with the lake in the window, ice along the shore in deep winter. Overnight: Toyako Onsen (or back to Niseko).
Day 7

Scenic drive → New Chitose · 210 min
Rental returns, then about two hours to New Chitose along the lakes and Shikotsu forests. A late flight fits a stop in Sapporo.
