Ubuya

Ubuya stands on the Ubuyagasaki headland on Lake Kawaguchi, positioned so that Mount Fuji fills the view from every guest room, the lounge and the public baths. Most room types, from Standard to the 113 m2 top-floor suite, have a private open-air tub; these are not onsen water, while the Fuji no Yu public baths use onsen water and include reclining and seated tubs and a sauna. Dinner and breakfast are served in two dining halls, currently as a Japanese buffet or shabu-shabu course. The inn builds its service around celebrations such as 60th birthdays and anniversaries.
