Nishimuraya Hotel Shogetsutei

Shogetsutei is the Nishimuraya group's resort-style inn on the forested edge of Kinosaki, surrounded by a 50,000-tsubo garden. Its 98 rooms include garden-wing and river-wing Japanese rooms, open-air-bath rooms, Japanese-Western semi-suites and Western 'Comfort' rooms with two barrier-free twins. The Gekka-no-yu baths add open-air tubs, saunas and cold plunges, and three themed private spas pair an onsen open-air bath with a bedrock sauna. Dinner is Tajima kaiseki in private dining rooms or in-room for a supplement, with Italian restaurant Ricca as an alternative. Banquet halls, a chapel and a summer garden pool make it suitable for families and groups.
