Three steps: fill in route + date, choose the vehicle, and pay after receiving the final quote. This page walks through each step and the extra charges to expect.

1. 1. Route and date

   Book at least 7 days ahead. Enter pickup, destination, expected pickup time, and any intermediate stops (rest areas, restaurants, hotel check-in).

2. 2. Pick the vehicle

   Micro 17–22 for small groups/narrow roads, Medium 26 for mid-size tours, Large 44 for big groups. Each option lists WiFi / toilet / TV / microphone availability.

3. 3. Quote + confirm

   Within 2–4 working hours OlaChill sends a final quote including expressway tolls, parking and overnight driver stays. Pay with card or PayPal to lock the booking.

4. Extras

   ETC expressway tolls, destination parking, and overnight driver stays (~8,000–12,000 JPY/night) are disclosed before booking is final — no hidden fees.

5. Cancellation

   14+ days: full refund. 7–13 days: 50%. Under 7 days: no refund (vehicle reserved).
