• •If it rains (or in case of severe weather) on October 22, the procession will be postponed to the following day. If it also rains (or in case of severe weather) on the 23rd, the event will be canceled. Except in the case where the procession is not held on either day, no refunds will be given. Refunds will only be issued at the place of purchase. Please note that ticketing and delivery fees related to the payment are non-refundable.
• •Please manage your physical condition by staying hydrated. Also, please take your own measures against the heat, such as bringing a hat. (Parasols/sun umbrellas are prohibited as they block the view.)
• •We recommend bringing a raincoat in case of rain. (Umbrellas are prohibited as they block the view.)
• •Please be advised in advance that restroom facilities are limited.
• •To prevent the danger of oxen and horses panicking, flash photography and bringing pets are prohibited.
• •The use of tripods within the viewing seat area is prohibited.
• •When taking photos or videos, please ensure you do not disturb other spectators.
• •Smoking is prohibited.
• •Anyone engaging in behavior that disturbs other guests inside or outside the venue and failing to follow staff instructions will be forced to leave. In such cases, tickets will not be refunded.
• •Event details are subject to change or cancellation due to natural disasters or other unforeseen circumstances.
• •Please note that the organizers will not be held responsible for any damages or losses occurring within the viewing area that are not the fault of the organizers.
