Rough guide per vehicle: 7-seat minivan around 4 large cases, 27-seat coach around 20, 45-seat coach around 45. A 'large case' here means 28-inch / 70cm class — the size most international arrivals bring.

Arrival day and departure day are the heavy days. A group that needs 45 cases carried from Narita may only need the hold half-full for the rest of the trip — say so, and the vehicle choice can follow the heaviest leg only.

Anything unusual — instruments, sports gear, exhibition materials, wheelchairs — needs a sentence in the booking. These are not problems, but they are problems if they turn up unannounced at 07:00.

🟩 這輛車是合法營運的嗎？
在日本，有償載客的車輛必須懸掛綠色牌照（緑ナンバー）。白牌代表該車沒有有償運輸許可。
這不是走形式。白牌車在載運團體途中發生事故時，正規業者才有的旅客保險根本不存在。
OlaChill 的每家合作業者，在獲准報價之前都必須提交綠牌與一般包車旅客運輸事業（一般貸切旅客自動車運送事業）許可編號。沒有許可，就不派車。
💴 為什麼每家公司報價都不一樣？▾
日本包車運費由兩套計費同時累加：按時間與按公里。同一行程報價不同，往往是因為各家車庫到您上車地點的距離不同。
計時不是從您上車開始，而是從車輛離開車庫算起，回到車庫為止。您以為的八小時行程，常常按九小時計費。
車型與季節同樣牽動價格。同一條路線在櫻花週或11月紅葉高峰，會比2月同一個星期二貴——全日本的車就那麼多。
🧾 報價包含什麼、不包含什麼▾
已包含：車輛、司機、燃油，以及業者的旅客保險。這幾項無需另付。
另計：高速費與停車費。這兩項取決於當天實際路線，越是正派的業者越不會事先寫死。
跨越午夜或多日的行程，會加上司機的餐食與住宿費；依法還可能需要配置第二名司機。這些我們在報價時就說明，不留到帳單上。
