This rail pass is for foreign visitors to Japan.
It allows unlimited rides using Non-reserved Seats and Reserved Seats on ordinary cars on the Shinkansen, limited express trains, express trains, and local trains (including rapid service) on JR East lines within the designated area, the entire Fujikyu Railway Line, the entire Izu Kyuko Line, the entire Tokyo Waterfront Area Rapid Transit Line (Rinkai Line), the entire Tokyo Monorail Line, the entire Joshin Dentetsu Line, and between Omiya Station and Tetsudō-Hakubutsukan Station on the Saitama New Urban Transit (New Shuttle) Line.
It is also valid for Reserved Seats in ordinary cars on Tobu-JR through limited express trains such as "Nikkō", "SPACIA Nikkō", "Kinugawa", and "SPACIA Kinugawa".
