- [Tsutenkaku Tower Observatory] ・Voucher validity: Valid only on the day of participation. ・The “Adult” ticket applies to high school students and above. ・No date changes or refunds after purchase.
- [Digital Special Pass] Osaka Metro & Osaka City Bus Pass ・(Required item) Smartphone ※Communication on your smartphone is required to use this ticket. Please ensure that your communication environment is stable. To start using the ticket, display the ticket from the voucher link sent at the time of purchase and press the “Start Use” button. ※Screenshots or printed copies cannot be used. (Railway use) Valid lines: All 9 Osaka Metro lines ・Cannot be used on Hankyu, Kita-kyu, Kintetsu, or other private railway lines. ・If you travel beyond the valid section, please inform the station staff at the exit and pay the difference in cash. ・When using the train, please hold the QR code over the QR-compatible ticket gates to enter and exit. ・The ticket is valid for one person per ticket. (Up to 4 people can use one smartphone.) ・If there is a service disruption, only tickets that have already been activated and are still within the validity period are eligible for substitute transportation. ・If the ticket cannot be displayed due to device malfunction, battery depletion, or unstable communication conditions, the ticket cannot be used. Please pay the fare separately. Fares paid during periods when the ticket cannot be displayed cannot be refunded. ・Matters related to the use of the ticket are subject to the transportation conditions and passenger regulations of each operating company.
