Questions
Does the driver wait while I am in a meeting?
Yes. You book the car and driver for the day, up to 10 hours, so waiting between appointments is part of the hire. Parking fees while the car waits are billed separately.
Which language does the driver speak?
Japanese-speaking driver · English support on LINE. Put the full address of every meeting in the booking — in Japanese if you have it — and the route is planned from that.
How far in advance should we book?
At least 1 day before the meeting day. Bookings made less than 7 days ahead carry a 10% rush surcharge, so book as soon as the dates are fixed.
