About this experience
Four evening hours, or five, in a 7-seat car with a driver, from your hotel and back. See the Shibuya Crossing as the screens light up, stand beneath the orange glow of Tokyo Tower in Shiba Park, cross the Rainbow Bridge to the Odaiba shore for the bay and the skyline, then drive the length of Ginza's Chuo-dori before heading back; the five-hour option adds Asakusa and Tokyo Skytree lit up. The whole city by night in one outing, with no last train to watch.
Tokyo looks its best after dark, but the best night views are far apart: Shibuya in the west, Tokyo Tower in Minato, the Rainbow Bridge and Odaiba across the bay, and Ginza in between. By train you would be watching the time for the last service; a private car takes your group to each of them and back to the hotel.
The driver picks you up as it gets dark. The first stop is the Shibuya Crossing, where you step out to watch the lights change and the crowd cross beneath the big screens. Next is Tokyo Tower: standing beneath the orange-lit tower in Shiba Park gives you the view that nobody at the top ever gets.
The car crosses the Rainbow Bridge to Odaiba and stops on the shore, looking back across Tokyo Bay at the lit bridge with the skyline behind it. On the way back it drives the length of Ginza's Chuo-dori while the big stores are still lit, then drops everyone at the hotel or wherever you choose.
Four hours, or five with Asakusa and Skytree added; one price for the car up to six guests. The driver drives and does not give commentary; meals, expressway tolls and parking are extra. In summer it gets dark later, so the 19:00 pick-up gives you the full night view.
