About this experience
Three ramen shops in three neighbourhoods, a small bowl at each so you finish all three: cloudy pork broth, clear soy, and a salt shop the trade eats at. The ride between them is exactly long enough to make room — walking is too slow, and the train skips the best part, which is the road.
