• •【Refund Policy】 ・Refunds will not be issued for customer personal reasons after registration is completed. ・If a participant's attraction experience is canceled based on staff judgment due to failure to comply with the Terms of Use or staff instructions, no refund will be provided. 【Other Notes】 ・Required time is approximately 40 to 60 minutes (Experience time: approx. 30 minutes). Depending on the day's congestion, weather, or other factors, it may take longer. ・Movement from the reception area to the attraction experience area is by stairs only; no elevators are available. Ascending and descending approximately 200 stairs from ground level is required, so please refrain from participating if you have concerns about your legs or back. ・Inside the attraction experience area, you must strictly follow staff instructions. Acts that do not follow staff instructions, or acts deemed dangerous or disruptive to other guests by staff, will be considered a violation of the Terms of Use—even during the experience—and may result in cancellation of the experience and mandatory departure. ・Due to the nature of the attraction, the floor surface within the attraction area has many uneven spots. Please watch your step carefully. Our company assumes no responsibility for injuries or accidents resulting from personal carelessness, such as trips or falls. ・If you wear clothes that expose a lot of skin, the harness worn for the attraction experience may rub against your skin and cause inflammation; please take adequate precautions on your own. ・Restrooms cannot be used while wearing a harness. Please use the restroom before putting on the harness. ・The facility may be closed or the experience canceled without prior notice due to severe weather conditions such as heavy rain, lightning, strong winds, or dense fog. ・If it is determined that the attraction cannot be operated safely due to high/low temperatures, dryness, high humidity, condensation, or similar effects, the experience may be canceled without prior notice. 【Prohibited Acts Common to the Facility】 Our company prohibits the entry of persons who engage in the following acts within Tsutenkaku and Tsutenkaku SATELLITE (hereinafter referred to as "the Facility"): ・Bringing pets (excluding service dogs, assistance dogs, etc.). ・Occupying specific spots, such as photography using tripods. ・Bringing open flames or dangerous items, and smoking. ・Soiling or damaging the Facility. ・Acts of violence. ・Entering the Facility in a state of drunkenness where normal judgment may be impaired due to excessive drinking, etc. ・Acts deemed visually, auditorily, or olfactorily offensive to other guests by the Facility. ・Displaying political, ideological, or religious doctrines, assertions, or concepts. ・Engaging in discriminatory or insulting content or expressions. ・Distributing information about conditions inside the building via the internet, etc., without permission from the Facility. ・Engaging in commercial transactions, soliciting donations, posting promotional materials, etc., without permission from the Facility. ・Conducting commercial advertising without permission from the Facility. ・Entering paid areas without permission from the Facility. ・Acts inconsistent with the intended use of the services provided by the Facility. ・Excessively detaining staff members and delaying their duties. ・Failing to comply with staff instructions. ・Other acts deemed inappropriate by general social standards.

• •■DIVE&WALK 【Giới hạn tuổi】 ・Trẻ em từ 8 tuổi trở xuống và người lớn từ 66 tuổi trở lên không được phép tham gia trò chơi này. ・Trẻ em từ 9 đến 14 tuổi phải có người từ 18 tuổi trở lên đi kèm. Trẻ em không được tự tham gia một mình. Vé cho trẻ em không được bán trên website và phải mua trực tiếp tại chỗ. ・Người từ 15 tuổi trở lên có thể tự tham gia một mình. 【Quy định hạn chế sử dụng】 Những người sau đây không được phép tham gia DIVE&WALK: ・Trẻ em từ 8 tuổi trở xuống. ・Người từ 66 tuổi trở lên. ・Người có chiều cao dưới 130cm. ・Người có cân nặng từ 120kg trở lên. ・Người đang trong tình trạng có cồn/say rượu. ・Người có sức khỏe không tốt. ・Phụ nữ mang thai. ・Người có bệnh nền như bệnh tim hoặc cao huyết áp. ・Người có vấn đề về sức khỏe thể chất hoặc tinh thần, bao gồm cả sức khỏe về xương. ・Người có vấn đề về thị lực hoặc chức năng tay chân. ・Người có tâm lý sợ độ cao, không gian kín hoặc nơi tối. ・Người mang giày dép có thể gây chấn thương hoặc hư hỏng đồ dùng cá nhân như dép sandal, giày cao gót hoặc giày công sở. ・Người không thể đội mũ bảo hiểm và đeo dây an toàn một cách an toàn. ・Người không tuân thủ hướng dẫn của nhân viên. ・Người mà nhân viên đánh giá là có khả năng không thể tham gia trò chơi một cách an toàn.
