Price

The amount shown on each product page, consumption tax included. Sales are denominated in Japanese yen (JPY); other currencies are indicative conversions and the amount actually charged follows the exchange rate applied at payment.

Additional costs

We charge no payment-processing fee. Convenience-store collection fees, bank-transfer fees, and any foreign-transaction or currency-conversion fee charged by the issuer of a card issued outside Japan are borne by the customer. Travel to the meeting point, and anything listed as "not included" on the product page (meals, entrance fees, accommodation), is also at the customer's expense.

Payment timing

Card and mobile-wallet payments are charged immediately when the booking is confirmed. Convenience-store and bank-transfer payments are due within 3 days of booking and no later than the day before use; if payment is not received by then the booking is cancelled automatically. Pay-on-site products are paid at the meeting point on the day.

Service delivery

A booking confirmation email is sent within 24 hours of payment. The service itself (tour, experience, transfer) is delivered on the date and time selected at booking. Digital products such as eSIM are delivered by email as a QR code once payment completes.

Cancellations and refunds

Cancellation terms differ per product and are shown on the product page before payment: day tours operated by partners are free to cancel up to 7 days before departure; kimono rental up to 2 days before; eSIM is non-refundable once the QR code has been issued. If we or the operating partner cancel for severe weather or force majeure, you receive a full refund. Refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of confirmation. Governing law

These services are governed by the laws of Japan. The Osaka District Court shall have exclusive jurisdiction as the court of first instance for any dispute.
