1. Acceptance of Terms

By using OlaChill services, you agree to comply with these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. Services

OlaChill provides a Japan travel booking platform including: train/JR Pass search, eSIM, car rental, highway bus, charter bus, kimono rental, and AI trip planning. We operate as an agent — not the final service provider.

3. Bookings and Payments

• Bookings are confirmed after successful payment • Prices shown in JPY, payable via VNPay or VietQR bank transfer (SePay) • OlaChill is not responsible for currency fluctuations

4. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellation policies vary by service: • Kimono: free cancellation 2+ days before, 100% charge on the day • Bus/train: per operator policy • Car rental: per agreement with rental company Refunds processed within 5-10 business days.

5. Liability

OlaChill is not liable for: • Partner transport delays or cancellations • Indirect or special damages • Force majeure events (natural disasters, strikes…) OlaChill's maximum liability is limited to the order value.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on olachill.com belongs to OLACHILL TECHNOLOGY AND TRAVEL COMPANY LIMITED. Copying or distribution without written permission is prohibited.

7. Governing Law

OlaChill is operated by OLACHILL TECHNOLOGY AND TRAVEL COMPANY LIMITED (Vietnam), the entity that directly sells the services and receives payment. These terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam. Disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.
