💡 Notes while riding
- Arrive 10–15 min early. Buses depart on time — late passengers are not waited for.
- Keep seatbelt fastened throughout the trip — Japanese law.
- Lights dim after 22:00 on night buses. Use seat reading light if needed.
- WiFi / charging on most buses; weak signal in tunnels is normal.
🎒 Lost items
- 1Step 1: Note your booking ID + bus number (printed on the QR ticket).
- 2Step 2: Send a detailed description to OlaChill via email / Zalo.
- 3Step 3: OlaChill contacts the operator within 24 h and returns retrieval instructions.
Operators usually hold items 1–3 months, then dispose per law (auction / discard).
