- Hourly hire is arranged on request: send the date, the hours and the route, and we reply with the confirmed price. Online booking on OlaChill is by the day.

From 5.5 hours, a day hire (from ¥49,000 per car per day) costs less than the hourly rate for the same Alphard; one day covers up to 10 hours. Toyota Alphard: from ¥49,000 per car per day. Other models are class-tier estimates (~), confirmed by email.
Who this is for
- ・A day of meetings across the city — between appointments the car waits at the door, not somewhere you have to hail a taxi from.
- ・Collecting an important visitor from the airport and going straight into their schedule — one booking, one driver, no handover in the middle.
- ・Site visits, filming and photo shoots — long stops in one place and then on again, which per-leg bookings simply cannot do.

The scale moves in half-hour steps rather than jumping 2 to 4 to 8 hours. If you need five hours you pay for five — not six because six was the next button.

Said plainly, up front
- ·The table is the price of the car and the driver. Tolls, parking, admission tickets and your own meals are not in it — we itemise each of those in the quote instead of leaving you to guess.
- ·Drivers speak Japanese; English support runs on LINE throughout the booking. If you need an interpreter riding with you all day, say so in advance — that is a separate service, priced separately, and not available every day.
- ·Airport transfers and hourly hire are two different meters. If your trip is simply airport to hotel, the flat route price is cheaper — use the route pages, do not book by the hour for a single straight run.
