Book online through OlaChill: 0% deposit, card pre-authorisation only. At the rental counter: a deposit of 30,000–50,000 JPY, depending on the vehicle class (released after 7–14 days).
Free changes up to 48h before pickup. Cancellations: ≥ 7 days: 100% refund; 3–7 days: 50% refund; < 3 days: no refund. No-show: 100% charge.
Refuel the car to full and keep the receipt. Returns outside business hours incur a fee of 1,000–3,000 JPY. Late returns: 1,000–2,000 JPY/hour; over 6h is charged as a full day.
With CDW: pay only the NOC of 20,000–50,000 JPY. Without CDW: responsible for all damage up to 150,000 JPY+. Purchasing CDW + NOC is recommended.
