Required reading
- Driver details will be sent out between the day before 6:00 PM and up to 2 hours before your scheduled time. Please be aware of your email or messenger apps (WhatsApp/Line/Wechat) for notifications.
- Vehicle Information: A 7-seater Toyota Alfa or a similar class vehicle can accommodate up to 6 passengers (including children) with 2 standard pieces of luggage if child seats are not used or up to 4 passengers with 4 standard-sized pieces of luggage. A vehicle equivalent to the 9-seater Toyota Hiace can accommodate: Up to 9 passengers (including children) and 7 standard pieces of luggage when child seats are not used. Up to 6 passengers and 10 standard-sized pieces of luggage.
- Reservations made between 22:00 and 5:45 of the next day will be charged an additional late night/early morning fee of 2,500 yen.
Other notes
- Additional fees can be paid in cash directly to the driver. If you select a pick-up time and book, the free waiting time is 30 minutes.
