- Re-entry is not permitted. You may enter only once on the day of use.
- We cannot store luggage inside the observation deck, but there are coin lockers available at the following three locations: - 1F Garden 5 (behind the ATM corner): Large 700 yen / Medium 500 yen / Small 300 yen Hours: 7:00 AM - 12:00 AM (7:00 AM - 9:00 PM on the second Saturday of each month) - B1F Takimi-koji: Large 700 yen / Medium 400 yen / Small 300 yen Hours: 7:30 AM - 11:00 PM - B2F Parking: Large 400 yen / Small 200 yen Same-day use only
- Even if it is raining, entry is allowed as usual.
- Nursing rooms are available on the 39th and 40th floors (inside the observation deck). *Please note that there are no smoking areas in the Kuchu Teien Observatory.
- For Guests Using Wheelchairs: Guests using wheelchairs are requested to take the high-rise elevator from the 1st floor of Tower East to the 39th floor. For Guests Using Strollers: The see-through escalator is narrow and steep. If you have difficulty folding the stroller, we kindly ask that you take the high-rise elevator from the 1st floor of Tower East to the 39th floor.

October 17 (Sat) will be a special business day, and the Kuchu Teien Observatory will operate in three separate sessions. Session 1: 9:30 - 16:00 (Last admission 15:30) Session 2: 17:30 - 20:30 *Special hours for the fireworks festival Session 3: 20:30 - 22:30 (Last admission 22:00) You can enter Sessions 1 and 3 with regular tickets, but Session 2 is exclusively for guests holding special fireworks festival tickets. Please note that between the end of Session 1 and the start of Session 3 (16:00 - 20:30), the Kuchu Teien Observatory and the routes leading to it (including the gallery shop, see-through elevator, and escalator) will be closed for special event preparation and operation. Furthermore, as the Umeda Sky Building is an office building, access to other floors by anyone other than office workers is strictly prohibited at all times, including during the fireworks festival.
