• •For safety reasons, children are not permitted to ride on an adult’s lap for free.
• •Guests under the age of 15 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian when applying.

• •If there’s a strong chance that the ski resort cannot operate due to inadequate snowfall, we will cancel the tour. We’ll make this decision at least two days in advance and inform you if the tour is canceled. (A full refund of the tour fee will be provided.)
• •Should roads be closed on the day of the tour or if there’s a significant risk of such closures, the tour may also be canceled. We’ll notify you promptly once the decision is made. (A full refund of the tour fee will be provided.)
• •Due to road and weather conditions, the arrival and departure times at the ski resort may vary, leading to shorter stay duration and delayed return times. If your stay at the ski resort is reduced, or if any extra costs arise for transportation or accommodation after the return, we will not honor any expense claims.
• •This tour may be operated in conjunction with other ski tour companies.
• •Rental and return location: Fukui Izumi Ski Resort Rental Shop ●Available Sizes ・Ski boots: 18cm to 30cm ・Snowboard boots: 18cm to 30cm ・Apparel: 100cm to 3L *Apparel is not included with each ski and snowboard set. *Only top and bottom sets can be rented. *While we maintain a large rental inventory, we cannot guarantee the availability of all sizes. If your desired skis, snowboards, or clothing sizes are unavailable on the day, no refunds will be issued for the trip fare.
• •About the bus: - The bus features four rows of seats and does not have a restroom. - A stop will be made once on both outbound and return trips for a 10-15 minute break at a service or parking area. - For bookings of two people, bus seats will be next to each other. For three or more people, the seats will be in close proximity.
• •Lift tickets and rental discount coupons will be distributed on the bus after arriving at the ski resort.
