This ticket provides entry to Osaka Castle. In addition to historical exhibits from the Toyotomi and Tokugawa periods, you can explore the Toyotomi Stone Walls at the Toyotomi Ishigaki Museum.
Buying tickets on the same day at the local ticket office can mean long waits. However, by purchasing this online ticket in advance, you can proceed to the entrance via the dedicated web ticket lane and present your voucher (QR code) at the ticket gate for check-in.
Important Notes:
- Free for junior high school students and younger. Junior high school students must present proof of eligibility (e.g., student handbook).
- Student rates apply to high school and university students (proof required).
*Overseas students are asked to present an International Student Identification Card (ISIC), recommended by UNESCO.
- Once a purchase has been made, it is impossible to make any cancellations, changes, or refunds.
- This ticket can only be used once (re-entry is not allowed).
- This ticket also allows you to enter the Toyotomi Ishigaki Museum once on the same day. (Re-entry is not permitted.)
- You can buy tickets for up to 10 individuals who will be admitted simultaneously. However, even if the number of individuals admitted at the same time decreases, the tickets will be utilized for all the individuals at the time of check-in, and cancellations or refunds are not possible.
Entry Times: 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM (last entry at 5:30 PM, closing time at 6:00 PM).
*Please note that the facility may close temporarily for maintenance. Closed during the New Year holiday (December 28th - January 1st).

- In the event of bad weather, operations may be canceled. In such cases, no compensation will be provided for travel expenses to the venue or other related costs.

[In-museum services] ・Elevator Anyone can use the elevator up to the 5th floor. However, you must take the stairs to reach the 8th floor from the 5th floor, and also to descend from the 8th floor to the 1st floor. Wheelchair users and those with walking difficulties can use the elevator for all floors. Toyotomi Ishigaki Museum: Wheelchair users and people with walking difficulties can use the elevator. ・Strollers As the viewing area becomes narrower on the upper floors, it can get very crowded. Therefore, we generally ask that strollers not be brought inside. Strollers can be checked in free of charge at the ticket gate entrance, so please inform the ticket gate staff if you need assistance. ・Wheelchair Seven wheelchairs are available for rent at Osaka Castle Tower but can only be used within the building. Two wheelchairs are available for rent at Toyotomi Ishigakikan Museum but can only be used within the building. It is available on a first-come, first-served basis, and reservations cannot be made. ・Information Desk (located on the first floor and fifth floor) Our team includes multilingual staff to assist you with any questions. At Osaka Castle Tower, we offer free rental of audio guide devices in Japanese, English, Korean, and Chinese. Our reception is open from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, and we kindly ask that you return any rented items by 5:30 PM. Please note that we have a limited number of rental items available. ・Photography Osaka Castle Tower: Photography is prohibited on the 3rd and 4th floors due to the display of important cultural properties. However, you may take photographs anywhere else. Toyotomi Ishigaki Museum: Photography is allowed for the stone walls, but please refrain from photographing video content to protect copyrights. [The following are prohibited] Both Osaka Castle Main Tower and Toyotomi Ishigaki Museum are museum facilities.
