At the Japanese tableware wholesaler, experience a one-coin treasure hunt for beautiful small plates and chopstick rests that cost just a few dollars. Next, at the glass craft shop, compare delicate Japanese glasswork such as Edo Kiriko and Satsuma Kiriko.
The finale takes you to a Japanese knife specialty store. Whether you prefer a rustic traditional shop or a sleek modern one, the guide will take you to the best store tailored to your taste. After learning the recommended materials for beginners, have your name hand-engraved in "Katakana" on the knife you purchase!
