The basic coverage plan is included in the fare at no additional cost:
Vehicle and third-party property damage compensation: deductible JPY 200,000
Third-party bodily injury/property damage liability: deductible JPY 200,000
Compensation for loss of use (NOC): deductible JPY 50,000
The following are not covered: glass and tires, chassis and vehicle lights, and roadside assistance services. If you need broader coverage, you can upgrade to a higher insurance plan when making your reservation (additional fee).
Reservation Information
The driver must bring a valid driver's license and a Japanese translation (or an International Driving Permit). The actual vehicle model may vary depending on the supplier's vehicle allocation on the pickup date. The representative vehicle model may change slightly depending on availability, but the class and specifications will be the same. When picking up the vehicle, please contact the rental office in advance to reserve the shuttle bus.
